As a member of the Iraq Peace Team, Kathy Kelly spent the entire war in Baghdad, accompanying and assisting Iraqi civilians. Compassionate and courageous, she is one of the founders of the humanitarian organization Voices in the Wilderness, which has been delivering food and medicine to Iraq in defiance of U.N. sanctions since the mid-1990’s. She will tell of her own experiences living in a city under attack and of the experiences of the Iraqi people, whose voices are rarely heard in the U.S.
