Learn about an opportunity to work for a fairer world, through volunteering with VSO.
What is VSO? - VSO is an independent development agency that works through volunteers. Working with partner organizations in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and the Pacific, VSO brings together people from different cultures and backgrounds, enabling them to share skills and learning. Since 1958, we have placed over 30,000 people in more than 40 developing countries, working with local colleagues to build a fairer world.
If you are a US citizen or resident and you are looking for an opportunity to make a change, to share your skills, gain professional development and work overseas, then VSO may be right for you.
At VSO, being a volunteer doesn't mean you don't get paid! VSO's comprehensive package of support includes all travel, training and other costs, a local wage, accommodation and other financial support.
