Michael Parenti answers the question:
So how’d you become an activist?

Each month, one or more locally-based activists, in response to the question: So how’d you become an activist?, share their experiences and influences that helped them become effective forces for change.

This month, our speaker will be Michael Parenti, a nationally known lecturer and award-winning author whose talks, books and articles educate and inspire anti-imperialist activists. If his past record as a speaker is any indication, his talk should be not only enlightening but entertaining.

If you want to find out more about Michael’s work, visit his web site, www.michaelparenti.org.
