Self Defense Class Saturdays!

Bernal Defense! This is the class you've been waiting for! You have always said you wanted to take a self defense class and now is your chance. The instructor's background is in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Tae Kwon Do creating a unique approach to women's self defense. You'll learn practical techniques for real life defense. We always have a lot of fun. It's great exercise and a chance to hang out with other bad ass women like you. EVERY SATURDAY 1:30-3:00pm! Class is open to all women and trannies of all abilities, ages 17yrs and up. Se habla espanol. COST: SLIDING SCALE!
