Bernal Defense Spend your Saturdays learning practical techniques for real life defense with other kick ass women! Class is fun, motivational and great exercise. Open to all women and trannies of all abilities, ages 17 years and up. Se habla espanol. Suggested Donation $7-$14 No one turned away for lack of funds Class is every Saturday 1:30-3pm at Bernal Yoga! See you there!
