Forum on Globalization: Legal Strategies for Fighting Corporate Domination

Addressing the role of the World Trade Organization (WTO), International Monetary Fund (IMF), and other international institutions in allowing multinational corporations to dominate the global economy.
Strategies for confronting corporate abuses including discussions on the WTO meeting in Cancun in September 2003, license revocation of Clear Channel Communications, Inc., corporate “personhood,” and lawsuit against Chevron for human rights violations in Nigeria.

This is a fundraiser for the National Lawyers Guild San Francisco Bay Area chapter and student chapters.
