The grass area in the San Francisco Civic Center
Shaykh Hamza Yusuf, a prominent Bay Area Muslim scholar,
will deliver the traditional prayer sermon and lead the prayer.
In this time of conflict and tribulation, the faith community is
confronted with the challenge of providing comfort,
understanding and meaning to all those impacted by the on-going
war. We call on everyone to attend and join a "prayer
for peace" gathering in the S.F. Civic Center Plaza.
