THE UNITED STATES IS SELLING ANOTHER WAR. Acclaimed political analyst Norman Solomon and veteran foreign correspondent Reese Erlich discuss their new book, "Target Iraq: What the News Media Didn’t Tell You." Solomon and Erlich explore the realities underlying arguments for and against the invasion of Iraq and illuminate ways U.S. media have helped market an unprecedented war.
Norman Solomon is the founder of the Institute for Public Accuracy and author of many books, including "The Habits of Highly Deceptive Media." He organized two delegations to Iraq, the first with Rep. Nick Rahall and others, and the second with Sean Penn.
Reese Erlich is a veteran foreign correspondent and the award-winning producer of "The Russia Project," a radio program hosted by Walter Cronkite. Erlich has been published widely in a variety of newspapers and magazines in addition to his radio work .
