Free food samples, admission and parking at Northern California’s largest vegetarian food festival! Chef demonstrations, educational lectures, international dining café, food samples galore, veg bookstore, and so much more. Speakers include John McDougall, MD, and former cattle rancher Howard Lyman. Millennium Restaurant's Eric Tucker and cookbook author Jennifer Raymond are two of the chef demonstrators who will be delighting the crowds with their culinary expertise. First 200 attendees will receive a free 1/2-pound bag of delicious Organica Cookies. 9am - 6pm at the beautiful and spacious Santa Clara Convention Center.
