Workshop: Self-defense intensive

THIS CLASS WILL BE A WEEKEND INTENSIVE DESIGNED TO FIT THE BUSY SCHEDULE OF INTERPRETERS. (no experience required) this class is also open to non-interpreters!!! WE WILL COVER TECHNIQUES FROM BOUNDARY SETTING TO FIGHTING A PHYSICAL ATTACKER. The class will end with the opportunity to fight a padded attacker (optional) The class will be taught by a certified black belt instructor and assisted by a student black belt.
