Peace by Peace: Cross-Country Peace Walk Meet and hear four young East Bay women who walked across America in 2002 in response to 9/11. They arrived in Washington, DC, on Sept. 11, 2002. Part of a monthly series: 'So how’d you become an activist?' in which local activists share their experiences and influences that helped them become effective forces for change.
