What it tells me is that voters are very confused and don't know where to vote. Because of the nature of the special election precincts have been consolidated. But why couldn't we have waited til November when ALL
polling places would be open and the election would be fully budgeted.

My polling place moved, I got over it and went to the new polling place. Turns out new location is better and can accomadated more voters, so change is good!
Don't mess with democracy - that's a small 'd' so you don't get it confused with the party who has corrupted it's name-- your guy lost, and my guy won. And that's the way it is, October 7,2003.

According to a news report on KRON the day of the recall, city officials said the closing of some polls in SF this past election are due to Census data changes. Populations have shfted, so this was not a dirty trick of Willy or Arnold. =]
