Anti-War Alameda Critical Mass This Friday!!!

Bikes Not Bombs!
Massive Comrades,
This is a call for a special anti-war Critical Mass bike ride on the Forbidden Island, Alameda.
When: Friday April 18th, 5:30PM
Where: Meet at Fruitvale Bart
Prepare to take suburbia by storm and show them how much better life is on a bicycle. We will proceed from the bart station accross the bridge and beyond. Motion therein will be enhanced via the infamous Watts-O-Funk rolling system 'o sound. We'll wind down the ride with an after party at one of Alameda's local hotspots.
Spread the word far,
Spread the word wide,
Peace is as easy
as a little bike ride.
Join Us!! Mark your calenders and tell everyone else to do the same!!
remember folks, Bikes Not Bombs can happen everywhere.

This Alameda ride sounds great, can't wait!
Apparently you are also boycotting certain elements of grammar, spelling and punctuation. I see we dumb hippie stoners don't have a monopoly on ignorance. Yes, SUVs--and many other harmful things-- are legal. Guess what? That can change. In a so-called democracy, it is not only our right but our duty to let our conscience be heard. Perhaps ordinary Germans under Hitler knew that Nazism was legal. Did that make it correct? Perhaps your need to get your lazy ass somewhere in a hurry seems more important to you than the lives of other humans, plants and animals that would also like to live in peace but for some reason are not able to vote or drive cars. I apologize for occasionally being in your way with my big bad bicycle; allow me to make it up to you by not polluting your air and blighting your streets with loud, ugly and dangerous machines. Next time any of you suburban studs are getting frustrated in your quest to get back to your split-level paradise, you can give a little thought to those of us you are leaving behind in the inner city. Do we benefit from your "freedom"? How bad will you let things get for the global poor before you change your life to help them? How much longer before they have nothing left to lose? Go bikers!! Go protesters!! Go labor!! There is really no reason for us to let this sick situation continue; I'm proud of my brothers and sisters today. Let's not let all these Sallies confuse us as to what is really going on.
