Looking for video of police action on March 20 on Market near 3rd & 4th between 10-11 am.

I am looking for any footage of the police and their "interactions" with demonstrators on March 20, 2003 on Market near 3rd and near 4th between 10-11am. I represent a woman whose arm was broken by a police officer #2039, Nelson. Any footage showing the strike or Nelson would be helpful. Thanks alot.
