Bicycles Spread Peace All Over Every Day

to all the bicyclists who took to the freeway, i just wanted to comment on what a powerful and DIRECT statement we made.

not only are we (well i speak for myself and other critical massers who i have spoken with) protesting the war, but also the persistant unsustainable polluting car culture that is mandated through our city planning policies and american-consumer lifestyles. overcoming the most sacred car space, the freeway (which by the way, is a lot cleaner then my own street that i live on)... we challenged this..... and i urge all my fellow bicyclists who are sick of this oil war, who are sick of the dominance of cars, to join us and take over the streets, bridges and freeways for the promotion of vehicles powered through human strength and most of all concerned for the compassion and justice of all human and earthly entities..

so.. bike for peace everyday the war goes on!!!
