by bert
On 3/15, a large crowd broke the rules and marched through the streets of San Francisco without a permit.

Bay Area; prepare your selves for total shut down of SF next business day after the war starts. It will start at 7:00a.m.at Powell and & Market.

Tell everybody there will be no need to be afraid. We will be safer then ever. It’s not just going to be the black bloc doing a direct action; it will be the whole anti war coalition.

If the police won’t let us hurt the government by disrupting business as usual then free your mind and do what ever you can get away with. “Make your mark on life”.

It would be a slap to the face if our democracy can’t even stop Bushes war when we’ve organized so hard to prevent it. It would be pathetic if we let the cops stop us from shutting down the financial district.

If they use tear gas to get us to disperse from our action then you better smash shit on the way out.

Don’t bring the movement into despair by letting the police defeat us this time.

I'm out!

can’t even stop Bushes war

That should read as Bush's war.

That being said, Bush should be planning to bomb those Saudi Arabian bastards, not Saddam.

PEOPLE! can we please, please start blurring the any clearly visible faces before posting these photos on the web? why do the cops work for them when they're probably already getting overtime to infiltrate and videotape?

countries like germany with large antifascist antiracist movements & have experienced repression know that you DO NOT PUT YOUR COMRADES FACES ONLINE.
these photos are great but let's have some common sense please.

that is important to take note of in general. Also, unidentified videographers should be spoken to, to learn who they might be filming for - whether it's a personal project or what. But I think these pictures are okay because the only pictures are of people being arrested who had lots of photos taken at the police station. Those shoppers they arrested better not come downtown again when these police are on patrol. better stick to the malls

I believe people who want to be anonymous will wear masks. (And there was a really good case made for doing so in another article.)

I think those who choose to be seen are choosing to be seen. Having faces online has helped cases in the last march, where cops were making false accuasations on arrested protestors. The images told the truth.

We are being filmed. Everything is being filmed. Using these images in solidarity with our comrades does not add to or prevent the FBI and Police Force from having already recorded these images.

These are just my thoughts right now - I'm open to hear a good arguement made for blocking out faces.

We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
