850 Bryant St is on the corner of 7th and Bryant. From Civic Center BART station, walk north on Market to 7th, take a right and walk to Bryant (just after you pass under I-80).

The latest info on these legal cases is posted below. Also, prepare to give legal support to the folks who did the lock-down at the Military Recruitment Center this past Friday.

If you can spare any cash, people are working to raise bail for the one of the protestors still remaining in custody. His bail is set at $18,000, of which 1800 must be given over. So far, almost $1000 has been raised towards that amount. Anything you can spare will help, bring it with you tomorrow to the court.

:::latest legal update:::

All of the F16 protestors who were released with citations on Monday, Feb. 17, have been "discharged", which means that the DA can refile charges within one year, although it is very unlikely in this case.

Of the seven protestors who were not released that day, one is being held on felony charges stemming from J18 and has $18,000 bail; his next court date is Monday, Feb. 24, in department 20, 850 Bryant Street, SF.

One is ill (not related to the arrest), still in custody, and has a court appearance Monday in department 19.

One, who had been strangled by a cop and was help on charges of biting a cop, has had charges dropped.

Three others are out on OR (own recognizance) and bail; they have a pretrial date of Monday, March 14 in department 17 and a trial date of June 2 in department 22.

The last person was denied OR again today and is set for another hearing on this Monday, Feb. 24 in department 19, but we passed the hat and enough was collected to bail him out later today.

Anyone who has video tape or pictures of John Blanco's interaction with the police should contact his attorney, Randy Darr, at 415-986-5591.

Thanks a ton to the laywers and all the folks who came out to the court this morning!

read about the need for bail money donations but it doesn't tell me where or now to make a donation. How, Where?

Excuse me, but I can't tell hwat the issue is here beyond the hysteria presented above. Maybe some balanced facts might help. In place of that, a smattering of biased facts would filling the details of who, what, where, when and why. A few facts can feed a movement; witout them it straves and dies.

By today's definition, Jesus was a terrorist. If he were alive today, he'd join the anti-capitalist Black Bloc. They are his kind of people.

John Chapter 2

[13] And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem,
[14] And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:
[15] And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;
