Greenpeace Gives Dow Chemical Taste of Bhopal Waste

by repost
"We will not let Dow bury this crime in India but will carry on returning evidence to the company worldwide to confront it with its responsibilities towards all those who are being poisoned because of its failure to accept its pending liabilities in Bhopal," said Ganesh Nochur, campaigner from Greenpeace India onboard the "Arctic Sunrise."

Greenpeace Gives Dow Chemical Taste of Bhopal Waste

by David Hearst

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands (ENS) -- Greenpeace and survivors of the world's worst industrial disaster in Bhopal, India Tuesday dumped poisonous waste collected from the disaster scene at the largest European operation of Dow Chemical, Dow Benelux in the southern Dutch town of Terneuzen. About 20 activists were arrested.

Oh, that's great. Congratulations, Greenpeace on your C- work. Dow's action was horrific, terrible, awful, disastrous, cataclysimic, stupid, etc., etc., etc., And Dow ought to have crap kicked out of it.

But it wasn't intentional. Greenpeace, on the other hand, having been elected by popular vote as judge, jury, and executionor, with pride and intent, sure showed Dow! An eye for an eye; two environmental wrongs make a right.

On the bright side, at least Greenpeace members can now relate to terrorist response to a terrorist attack.

HEY, GREENPEACE!! We are finding that the World Trade Center blasts not only caused loss of life to innocent citizens, but were adverse to the environment.

HEY, BUSH!! You have been looking at this business of responding to the terrorist attacks all wrong. Who needs an expensive military and all those pesky rules of engagement? Who needs all that opposition to an ugly war that's only going to cause suffering? Greenpeace can take that monkey off your back. Chemical warfare like Sadaam's is something Greenpeace can really get into. Heck, Greenpeace has the willingness and aptitude to use chemicals as weapons of mass retribution. And the Greenpeace litter-busters are an all-volunteer not-for-profit army, so they make economic sense. Sort of a jihad thing going on with them, in the good way, of course. Face it, Mr. President - you lead the war and you'll only get criticised. Greenpeace will get the job done with kudos to boot. A win-win situation. They're ruthless, and not bound by anybody's rules. Untapped resource we've got here, right under our noses.
We can all sleep better knowing that we can count on Greenpeace payback fervor to help rout the terrorists for that 9/11 environmental disaster. Sic-em!!!
