In open court yesterday Superior Court, Judge Felnagle deems The person responsible for protecting our president, investigating credit card fraud, and counterfeiting, United States Secret Service Agent Brent Weidner not credible. This stems after Secret Service Agent Brent Weidner was arrested for domestic violence and apparently produced false evidence in order to escape those charges. The Secret Service investigator John Orloff who Weidner claims thoroughly investigated Wieners misconduct in this matter as well as the other complaints his ex-girlfriend whom he dated for 18 months and are expecting twins soon, who Weidner claims is a prostitute. Apparently Weidner repeatedly lied in sworn court documents, used his government vehicle to go drinking at the local bar, and involved along with Brad Vinish a former Secret Service Agent currently employed as an Agent for the Fisheries Department in illegally obtaining her personal background information. A source with the Secret Service stated "Vinishe's investigation on Brent's girlfriend which he claimed was approved by another agent in the office, and done because he believed she was a risk for "National Security" is a farce and seriously out of the realm of our policy, and procedures, and in my opinion is an excuse Brad used to keep his job!" The victim claims she informed Orloff she has recorded tapes where Weidners admitted all of the misconduct claims she's made against him, but they have not only refused to interview her about the assault they don't want a copy of the tapes which also prove Agent Weidner has intentionally lied in several court documents and knowingly produced false evidence. I contacted John Orloff to see if the investigation of Agent Brent Weidner had exonerated him, and if so was it being reopened since now a Superior Court Judge deemed and made it very clear that a United States Secret Service Agent was not Credible in open court. I also contacted the Secret Service media relations desk for comment and have not heard back from them either. The victim adamantly claims that this is a cover up by the Secret Service and that they have no intention on doing anything about this let alone reopening the investigation, regardless what a Superior Court Judge said and that Brad Vinish was getting his position back with the Secret Service. After listening to the testimony at the Superior Court in Tacoma Washington on September 20th it was clear that if the victims claims are true then this is indeed a cover up. This article is part of a series I'll be doing on this matter, watch for updated information as to weather Agent Brent Weidner faces charges, Brad Vinish gets his job back, or it's as she claims is another cover up.
