H.R. 2977

by Judith (---------)
H. R. 2977, Kucinich Bill.
Check out bill H.R. 2977, Kucinich Bill, which claims to protect us from high tech non-lethal weapons. But, if you read the fine print way in back, you will see it really says they can hit us with whatever they want, American people are the exeption! So, the HAARP project in Alaska, can be used to change weather. Most of their weapons are private, since they get BILLIONS of dollars from us in the Black Budget to do their dirty work! They also do chem trails and cause us to get sick with myoplasia and other diseases, infect our vaccinations with AIDS and cancer. Do testing on prisoners, cause infertility on others. They don't like people, but they sure love owls and sucker fish! Just like a good Nazi. And they want anyone over 60 years old dead, useless garbage, according to them. So they are addicted to death and control. Someone must give them an intervention!

I don't know that they, meaning the govt, love owls and sucker fish. Much of their efforts for the environment and ecology and endangered fish is window dressing. That they want to control the human population is quite a certainty. Anyone who cares about life care about all life, not just categories.

I've read the bill, and I can find no such reference. Thomas shows no ammendments. If it's there at all, then why didn't you quote it instead of giving us vague and useless references? Judith, you're either a retard or a trouble-maker.

Here is the entire text of the bill, from Thomas, which is apparently still siting in the House Subcomittee on Foreign Relations:
