Copwatch Info Needed: South Berkeley Motorcycle Cop

There is a Berkeley Police Department officer, #836, Officer Boutanelli (sp?), who has been seen fucking with people around Ashby & San Pablo area. The most frightening thing is that this cop has been seen fucking with people when he is off-duty and out of a uniform. Any information that can be posted here would be appreciated, and people who live or work in that area, keep your eyes open. We have to stop cops who think they can do whatever they want.
