A copy of the Maricopa County Sherrifs deptt flier on how to spot a "domestic terrorist". No doubt other police depts are distributing and following similar "guidelines".

That is very disturbing, I saw it on another indy site a few months ago. This particular flyer is several years old, if I recall correctly and was discontinued when the public saw it. If anyone could post any similar material that is currently being passed around to law enforcement types (flyers, manuals, etc.) I think we'd all like to see that.
Are police handouts publicly available. Can they be obtained through already existing channels (city hall, freedom of information act, etc)?
