URGENT!! House passes revised antiterror bill
urgent notice!!!
The House has passed a revised version of the anti-terrorism legislation. This includes secret searches, more wiretapping, more internet spying. The controversial 'indefinite detention of immigrants' policy has been axed though. The Senate will now approve and send on to President Bush. THIS COULD BECOME LAW AS EARLY AS FRIDAY!!!! WHAT THE FUCK ARE WE GOING TO DO???

§Nothing to do
Nothing we can do, in legal terms. If they've decided to trash the Constitution then that's what they do. In practical terms however, what we can do is another story. The activities of the partisan resistance movements in Nazi occupied Europe might serve as a model. With the social contract in the toilet, all bets are off.
