DA points to police Incompetence in investigation of Robertson's death. Excerpted from the February 6, 2001 San Francisco Chronicle.

"Assistant District Attorney Murlene
Randle said the investigation took three months
because the San Francisco Police Department unit
that initially went to the scene did not properly
interview witnesses or gather evidence."
