Green Scare Alert: Four new indictments!

Indictees include Darren Thurston, Joseph Dibee and Rebecca Rubin who have already been indicted in relation to the large, overarching Oregon cases. Also indicted is Justin Solondz, 26, who has not been charged in any of the other Northwest allegations. No new arrests were made. Dibee, Rubin and Solondz are all listed by the FBI in the corporate media as fugitives, but that's probably rhetoric because these folks are possibly not even aware of the indictments. Bench warrant issued with bail to be determined at hearing as to all defendants.

Defendants are alledged to have committed acts during the time period of September 1, 2001 through or on October 15, 2001 in Lassen County, CA. Charges are "Conspiracy to Commit Arson, Arson of a Government Building and Use & Carrying of a Destructive Device and in Relation to a Crime of Violence." Alledged acts took place at the Bureau of Land Management's Litchfield Wild Horse and Burro Corrals located at Susanville, CA.

Corporate media is spinning this as terrorism and sure seems to demean the killings that took place on September 11, 2001; US perpetration of the paramilitaries in Nicaragua in the 80's backed by Reagan; killings during the 1994 Rwandan Genocide by (FAR) and the civilian Interahamwe; suicide bombers in Gaza; Bob Mathew's acts associated with Aryan Nation group "The Order"; 19th-Century US Indian Wars, and Sherman's March to the Sea - each accompanied with the rape and murder of civilian noncombatants; what's currently taking place in Darfur; the US executed bombing campaign in the NATO conflict with Serbia explicitly targeted civilian infrastructure for non-military purposes, etc etc.
