In the last few weeks the situation in Haiti has deteriorated further, from murder to mayhem. The United Nation Peacekeeping force has now joined with the organised crime families of Haiti to begin killing Haitian civilains. (see: <http://www.indybay.org/news/2005/07/1753440.php>)
