Brown Jr., Sophie Maxwell, the House Negroes that are on the take is failing and the dream is a nightmare. Daily hard working tax paying passengers wait, and wait and wait for the T-Third to show up on time for work, school and to go places. The delays are longer and people are frustrated....

The center would provide this communities large homeless population a place to put up a tent, there will be portable toilets, trash bins, and a facility (probably a trailer) where homeless people can get information about social services like job training, employment, etc....
