The latest outrageous racist act perpetrated by the immigration authorities, ICE, was to detain a 10 year old girl, who is mentally about 4 years old, with cerebral palsy, after an emergency gall bladder removal operation in Texas instead of reuniting her with her family because she happens to be undocumented.
