Learn tips and techniques for growing produce with limited space and time. Discover container gardening options suitable for growing herbs for teas and seasoning, lettuce for salads, and much more. All materials are provided. Light physical activity is likely.

David Gardella is the JCCSF’s Urban Agriculture Specialist. When not tending to the garden, David can be found teaching a variety of art courses throughout the Bay Area with students ranging from age 2 to 86. He is also the Vice President of the Mycological Society of San Francisco and has been on the governing council since 2009.
