China
Guest speakers and group discussion of the economy and current events in China. Gary Hicks (US-China Peoples Friendship Association, Niebyl Proctor Marxist Library Researcher) will speak on Urbanization and the Chinese economy, Richard Chen (International Bolshevik Tendency, Hong Kong labor activist) will speak on Chinese economy and recent labor struggles including the Hong Kong and Shenzhen dockers’ strikes.
