Wells Fargo will try to hold their annual shareholders meeting on Tuesday April 24th at 1pm. The 99% will stop them and take it over! Please come join the Occupation the night before to put a spotlight on issues that affect us all; Foreclosure FIghters, Students, Queers, Feminists, Anti War, Immigrants, Prisons, Environment/Sustainability, and Workers. Let's raise awareness about why it is important to be present on the April 24th day of action. Come and share stories of how Wells Fargo/Banks/Wall St has affected you or your community.

This occupation will not risk arrest or stay overnight. We aim to spread awareness/education about why thousands of us will be taking nonviolent direct action and protesting at Wells Fargo Shareholder Meeting the next day.
