This five-session course is intended for anyone wanting to gain knowledge of drawing and enhance freedom of expression. It will explore the role of intuitive seeing while lectures will present eye-opening examples of drawings throughout history. Dynamic composition will be investigated as the means to a unified visual whole. By working with diverse drawing media and a cohesive variety of exercises this course expands awareness of drawing as both a means to an end and as an end in itself.
