by Science means knowledge
The decline of the US school system means an increase in anti-science superstition. Some 55% of Americans believe in angels. See

Only 39% support the fact of evolution. That figure coincides with those who have something more than the American high school's standard garbage education. See

The United States is a profoundly backward hellhole founded on genocide of Native Americans, enslavement of Africans and the vicious exploitation of the labor of most of us of all colors. Until there is serious labor organizing, it will continue to get worse. It appears that the only organizing going on in this backward country to the point of strikes is in the prisons and at the schools. These are people who have no options and no future. The young, the future workers, have no future in this society as there are no jobs. As they fight for education, they necessarily fight for science and against religion. Here is the lesson for day 1 of any science class:

Science means knowledge;
Religion is superstition.
Evolution is a fact;
Abortion is a right;
Gay marriage is a civil right;
There is no supreme being as labor creates all wealth.

Meanwhile, thank you for the protests. It is outrageous that the San Francisco Democratic Party allows the Catholic Church to bring thousands of Catholic schoolchildren and barely literate adults here, park their buses at Marina Middle School's playground, and be escorted by the San Francisco police on our public streets to demonstrate their profound stupidity and backwardness, all courtesy our tax dollars and in violation of the First Amendment church-state separation mandate.
