How does deep-going social change happen? This 16-week study circle will read Leon Trotsky’s acclaimed work that tells how poor and working people made the first socialist revolution in history. Trotsky was key to the upheaval and later became its fiercest defender against Stalinism. Don’t miss this lively book club! Everyone is welcome!

Each session is a $2.00 donation. A light supper will be served at 6:30pm for a $6.00 donation. Books will be available for purchase. The group will meet at New Valencia Hall, now through March 1st.

Sponsored by the Freedom Socialist Party. For more information call 415-864-1278 or email bafsp [at] earthlink.net.
