Work in the Garden so our legislators will work to address climate change.

We will be working to help clean up the community garden at McLane High School to help prepare the garden for a winter planting. Students, Volunteers for Change, Fresno, and members of the local Sierra Club and Fresno Audubon Society will spearhead this effort. Please bring gloves, garden tools, water and your willing heart. We will "work so that our legislators work to address climate change." California's green initiatives are being threatened by Texas oil companies (Tesoro and Valero) via Prop 23, so high visibility at this time is even more vital!

This will be a fun day outdoors.

Event Host: Volunteers for Change, Fresno, Tehipite Chapter Sierra Club, Fresno Audubon Society
