WORKSHOP
The Art of Healing: A Jewish Approach to Spiritual Care

Explore how Jewish spiritual care draws upon (and reinvents) Jewish rituals, texts, and art in this workshop focusing on bodywork, spiritual healing, art and performance, including readings by poets Chana Bloch, Julia Bloch and Hannah Stein, and a presentation by the Playback Theatre. All participants receive a free copy of Zeek’s issue on healing. Presented in conjunction with the exhibitions Reinventing Ritual and Our Struggle: Responding to Mein Kampf currently on view.
Co-presented by the Bay Area Jewish Healing Center and Zeek Media, Forward Magazine, Holocaust Center of Northern California and Jewish Milestones.
