§Bruce Darling, Executive Vice President of UC believed shown in video

The man in part of the video being confronted by students is believed to be Bruce Darling, Executive Vice President of UC Laboratories. This means he is the person who administrates labs which research and develop nuclear weapons and also labs which experiment on animals.
