It is a shame when all those fools that voted for Lennar Urban and Lennar BVHP LLC - now come to realize how foolish they were. Prop G stood for Greed and Gentrification - and those that voted for Lennar, thought they did right but did -wrong.

Lennar declared BANKRUPTCY at Mare Island after long, 11 years.

Lennar did the same in Southern California after wasting millions of dollars.

It sold thousand of homes in Florida after years - forty cents on a dollar.

The Rogue Company that Lennar is cannot use Land Banking as a ploy forever - its days are numbered.

I wonder what the weasel Kofi Bonner is thinking about? Perhaps time to move back to Ghana or better Nigeria!

In life - you just cannot go on hurting folks - especially innocent folks again, and again and again.

Of course Senator Diane Feinstein knows nothing about this fiasco. Mayor Gavin Newsom , how can the poor White Boy know anything - accept what he is told by the cronies that surround him? Lennar is a Rogue Company - has defaulted on Parcel A and is a company that cannot be trusted - period.

Lennar Urban borrowed - over $5 million dollars to buy consultants and deceive the people of San Francisco.

While some of us tried our best - to inform the public - others, just fell for the Television Ads and the glossy materials that Lennar bombarded the community with. The folks from the Avenues and the Marina especially.

Now, the truth be to told - Lennar has shown its true colors - it is bankrupt and was bankrupt to begin with. It is there for all to see - and many feel hurt and do not know what to say.

Did we not say, again and again their Stocks and Shares are rated Triple Junk Bonds.

I said for years " do not trust Lennar, nothing good comes from a Rogue Company like Lennar".

Proposition F would have stumped Lennar and forced good companies and developers to develop Candlestick Point. Lennar is history but folks like Michael Cohen will not admit to it - that Lennar is not to be trusted.

Lennar will fail all over the Bay Area and that includes Treasure Island.

The sooner we get rid of this Rogue Company the better.
