Filmmaker Keya Lea Horiuchi travels around the world to learn what people living outside of the U.S. think about it, specifically in terms of U.S. healthcare, its media outlets, and its foreign policy. During this process, she uncovers information and
views rarely discussed within the American mainstream media. She weaves the international point of view with the widely polarized American point of view, while presenting facts and statistics.
