Mumia
Despite mainstream press accounts indicating otherwise, Mumia Abu-Jamal remains on death row. A Federal judge has "granted" him the right to be resentenced, while ignoring the polygraph backed deposition of the confessed killer Arnold Beverly. The state, however, is appealing the resentencing decision. There was a mass march and rally to free Mumia Abu-Jamal on 5/11 in San Francisco.
