Another man, Arnold Beverly, has confessed to the murder for which Mumia was framed. But Mumia is still on Death Row! Now Pennsylvania Judge Dembe has literally ruled that Mumia is not entitled to an impartial judge and that Judge Sabo’s determination to “help ‘em fry the n****r” is no grounds for a new trial. THIS IS LYNCH LAW. As Mumia said, “They don’t just want my life. They want my silence.” There is no free speech in the US if you are a consistent critic of this government, black and a revolutionary.
